Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms”) carefully before you use, visit and/or access any part of our website and/or any subdomains and/or register an account on the website or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by STOTSENBERG LEISURE PARK & HOTEL CORPORATION doing business as WIN777KH (hereinafter “Licensee”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WIN777KH Platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Privacy Notice, our Cookie Policy and other laws applicable to our gaming products (collectively, the “Terms”) and are deemed to have accepted and understood all of the Terms.
2. Player’s Declaration
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant:
The accuracy and truthfulness of the required information you have provided and the valid identification documents you have submitted.
That you are not among those who are not permitted to play the game, such as:
Public officials, including elected and appointed officials and employees, whether permanent or temporary, whether in a professional or non-professional capacity, whether or not they receive compensation, regardless of the amount.
Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) (e.g., Navy and Air Force or Philippine National Police);
Persons under the age of twenty-one (21) years or students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
PAGCOR officers and employees;
Gaming website operators and their employees;
Unregistered players;
Prohibited persons;
Spouses, legal partners, children, parents of officers and individuals as set forth in (a), (b), and (d) above.
Individuals included in the National Database of Restricted Persons; and
Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders;
That you have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or have registered as a self-excluded player in accordance with the guidelines set forth by PAGCOR.
3. Account Registration
To access the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as required.
You are required to register or create an account through our website before you are granted access to our services.
In accordance with existing PAGCOR rules and regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other relevant laws and regulations, registration will be permitted only upon complete provision of all required information, along with the submission of one (1) valid government issued identification card (ID) and a selfie holding the submitted ID.

You are only allowed to register for one (1) online platform account.
To verify your identity and verify the information and credentials provided, you must participate in a video call and provide a recent photo of yourself holding the ID you submitted during registration (selfie).
Once you have registered, you will be responsible for any activities on your account. You must not allow any person or entity to access or use your account.
You are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process within three (3) days of registration or before your first withdrawal, whichever occurs first. The “No Complete KYC, No Withdrawal” policy will be strictly enforced.
You acknowledge that your account will be suspended if the KYC process is not completed within the specified time frame and will remain suspended until the process is fully completed.
Furthermore, you agree that any funds in your account will be forfeited.
Automatically in the satisfaction of the government if it is determined by the Licensee that you are an unauthorized player or you have violated any of the Terms.
The Licensee may require you to update or submit additional proof of identity at any time, thereby ensuring the accuracy and validity of your information.
You understand that your use of the Licensee Services is purely voluntary.
You are responsible for maintaining and ensuring the confidentiality of your account and login information and for all activities and transactions that occur under your account. You must properly maintain and secure your account information, including password, and must not allow any other person or entity to use or have access to them. In the event that you forget or lose your password, you may request assistance from our customer service team to recover the same, subject to our investigation/verification process. All transactions made using your username and password are deemed to have been made by you.
You agree and understand that you must bear all risks, including the risk of loss/that may be encountered by using our Services.
4. Use of the Platform
Permitted Use:
You may access the Licensee Platform using any mobile or desktop device.
Your account may be used on only one (1) device at a time. Multiple logins will result in a session lockout on other devices.
Your account is for gaming purposes only.
Prohibited Activities: You may not:
Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or user accounts.
Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with our game software.
Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to interact with the Platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform.
5. Account Funding/Withdrawal
It is understood that in order to play on our Platform, you must have sufficient funds in your account.
You may fund your online account through various online payment methods permitted by licensees and AMLC-compliant networks and recognized by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
You are required to make an initial deposit of at least Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) upon registration in accordance with the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
You expressly agree that certain personal information (including specific information about payment methods) must be provided to the Licensee for verification when using the Services. In this regard, the Licensee warrants that it will comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and other relevant publications regarding the confidentiality of financial information and personal data of our Players.
Winnings will be subject to final tax withholding by the Licensee in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
The Licensee does not guarantee real-time posting of deposits or withdrawals as the same shall be subject to the separate processing policies, procedures and turnaround times of our partner financial institutions.
The processing time for online banking withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days.
Sharing of funds or “pasaload” between Players is strictly prohibited.
PAGCOR shall not be liable for any costs that may be incurred in processing Player’s funding and withdrawal requests.
6. Game Selection
Players may select games from the WIN777KH Platform and participate in games available with minimum and maximum bets.
If a player is disconnected from the WIN777KH platform after successfully placing a bet, it will be considered a valid bet and the game will continue despite the disconnection. Credits and withdrawals from the player’s account shall be in accordance with the outcome of the game.
7. Suspension and Termination of Account
WIN777KH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at its sole discretion without prior notice if it is believed that you have violated these Terms, PAGCOR regulations, AMLA requirements or applicable laws, rules and regulations. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited in favor of the government, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
You shall hold WIN777KH free and harmless against any consequences of any suspension, termination or restriction or any loss or damage you may suffer as a result thereof.
Your account may be suspended or terminated in any of the following cases:
You have violated any provision of the Terms of Use, such as, but not limited to, the fulfillment of the Licensee’s “Know Your Customer” procedures.
You are a person who is prohibited from gambling according to the National Database for Restricted Persons (NDRP);
